• Apply for a cohort (name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, location, business or project details, and your answers in the application form).
• Create an account, log in, or place an order through our shop (name, email, password, billing and payment details).

• Subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list.

We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as browser type, device information and pages visited) through standard website logs and cookies, described below.

• Review and respond to cohort applications, and communicate about programme dates, fees and logistics.
• Create and manage your account, and process orders, payments and receipts.
• Respond to enquiries sent through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Send newsletter updates and programme announcements, where you have opted in.
• Maintain the security, performance and functionality of the website.
• Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Payment information

Payments made through the website are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember items in your cart, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

• Mentors or facilitators directly involved in delivering the programme you applied to, where relevant to your participation.
